The problem of slowing economic growth has become an even more serious problem for many countries of the world. And education is the decisive factor in economic growth. Thus, this situation leads to new attempts to say that investment in education does not help. The aim of this work is to show new methods that China and Korea use to increase the return on investment in innovation and education, and how they stimulate economic growth after a slowdown or stagnation. As part of this work, many works were analyzed, including Korean sources. As a result of the study, a high degree of interest was shown by the government of both countries in the development of dual education and entrepreneurship. Methods have also been shown that help solve the problem of slowing economic growth.
