Creatingt a Methodological Approach to the Formation of Manufacturing Companie's Production System Development Program

This Master’s dissertation is devoted to the creating of a methodological approach to the formation of manufacturing companie’s production system development program. The theoretical foundations of the production system and project management were analyzed. Existing methods were studied. Two factors of the development efficiency of the production system were identified: the level of the production system, the level of project management. During the study, the main approaches to the development of the production system were studied: 1) development by the internal forces of the company; 2) the development of the national project “increasing labor productivity”; 3) development by an audit company. The study, together with the theoretical basis, formed on basis of the process of forming production system development program. Finally, a methodological approach was developed for the maturity level 1:1 “Experience accumulation” and was tested on granular mineral fertilizers producer by Terminal-Lysva LLC.
