Statistical Study of the Suburban Segment of the Real Estate Market of the Moscow Region

The study is designed to form the main tendencies in the current situation of the Suburban Segment of the Real Estate Market of the Moscow Region; to identify the main factors affecting the price of suburban areas, and also to determine and calculate the availability of suburban areas in mortgage credit lending for groups of people with different income. The study uses a database of suburban areas created by the author based on materials from CIAN - a popular real estate selection platform. Data analysis is carried out using various tools: the construction of regression, cluster analysis and various statistical tests.
