Digitalization is a comparatively recent process, that conquered the world operation model at the beginning of the 21st century. It transforms business models, making them more efficient. This study aims to estimate the influence of digitalization on one of the most controversial and undergoing radical transformation sectors, that is publishing sector, global magazine press market in particular. Systematic approach will be used to outline theoretical aspects of digitalization in international publishing business and on the global magazine market. Methods of selective and comparative analysis and synthesis of secondary data will be used in order to evaluate the place and the role of Condé Nast on the global market of magazine press, as well as to identify specific digital tools implemented in the operation of Condé Nast. Yearning to determine an optimal strategy for future development of International publishing houses on the magazine market, cluster and regression models will be constructed, showing discrepancies of the influence of economic and digital indicators on the price of print editions by country.
