Development the Stakeholder Interaction Model in Innovation Project Management at the University

Innovation is the key word of our time. Current problems, such as social, environmental or economic, require innovative solutions. The University is the main source of innovation. In order for universities to promote their innovations and find applications for them. It is necessary to create complex mechanisms in the innovation ecosystem to promote universities innovations and find applications. The mechanisms which make innovation a strategic priority for each region and University. This dissertation paper describes one of the most important mechanisms for unlocking the potential of Perm universities in the field of commercialization of innovative projects.
