Progress in the economy and competitive advantages of some companies over others. Innovations are new ideas, solutions or tools that can improve the current business environment and gain a competitive advantage. In this work, the main trends of innovations in the banking market will be considered. The result of the research is a portrait of interaction with the client. Hypotheses were tested about the effectiveness of the latest machine learning algorithms in the lending process, as well as the importance of non-financial information in model training.
