Gender-age Employees Structure as Company's Decision

When searching for employees, firms in addition to professional requirements can take into account such characteristics as gender, age or nationality, limiting the heterogeneity of employees. How effective is such a policy for companies? This work explores the relationship between diversity indicators (gender and age) and firm profits. An empirical study is conducted on the basis of Russian company data for 2018-2019.
