Statistical Analysis of the Baking Industry in the Russian Federation

The following study is a statistical and econometric analysis of the baking industry in Russia. The work includes an analysis of the determinants of the development of the Russian bakery market, modeling and price prediction of various types of bread, taking into account the influence of various external factors for the coming years. The study uses tabular and graphical methods for presenting data, grouping the regions of Russia according to the level of consumption of bakery products using the multidimensional statistical procedure of cluster analysis, checking time series for stationarity, descriptive statistics of time series, modeling and forecasting prices for various types of bread using the ARIMA model, and also the study of the relationship between wheat flour prices and various external factors.
