The main purpose of this work is to identify the significance of the impact of demographic factors on the consumption of innovative products and services. Graphic and descriptive methods were chosen as research methods for the primary analysis of the available data. Further, to reduce the number of variables, they were combined into semantic groups using the method of main components and factor analysis. And then using regression analysis, the significance of the influence will be investigated and using hierarchical clustering, the regions will be divided into semantic groups. The sample data will be represented by a number of demographic factors related to such aspects as general demographics, the state of medicine and education, and the number of researchers. As expected results, we can assume the following: on the one hand, there is an aging population, which may result in a decrease in the consumption of innovative goods and services, as the younger generation is more open to something new. On the other hand, the development of medicine helps to reduce infant and maternal mortality during childbirth, which stimulates the development and introduction of innovations in this area. Also, in the process of urbanization, the population becomes more educated, which leads to increasing of number potential researchers, which also stimulates the growth of development and introduction of innovative products.
