Today, companies operating on the Internet should pay great attention to their customers. They should follow the latest trends, learn what customers like, improve their technical equipment, offer unique services to stay afloat. 21st century technologies offer users a lot of services and products, and in order not to get lost in sites and links you need to have a trump card in the form of the buyer's commitment to your brand and the services/products that you offer them. Today, online TV is gaining popularity and companies are faced with the problem of dashing viewers from one platform to another. And to do this, companies are trying to carry out various types of analyses of consumer behavior and based on the results, to provide the best services.
