Advanced Practical Application of Digital Technologies to Establish Banking Ecosystems

At present, the creation of an innovative infrastructure in the banking sector is a necessary prerequisite for maintaining the competitiveness of banks in the struggle for customers and the market. The digital transformation of the economy involves not only the external modernization of the bank, but also the restructuring of most of the internal system of work of commercial banks. In the coming decades, the digital development of the financial sector will accelerate, and the sound management of digital transformation in the banking sector will become an inherent advantage in a competitive environment. Current competition in the banking sector is tightening even without the introduction of the latest technologies in the customer service mechanism, even the strongest banks with a conservative strategy will have to suffer from losses of significant layers of customers or even leave the market under the pressure of more advanced competitors, such as IT- companies. This research project is aimed at identifying promising technologies and methods, distinguishing their use in banks of different countries, the effectiveness of existing technologies evaluation and suggestion of their impact on the future of the industry. Building a cluster model using data on the use of digital technologies in different countries will give an opportunity to assess the spread of the use of advanced technologies to create bank ecosystems in various fields and to analyze their prospects in terms of the possibility of changing the entire banking structure as an institution.
