Данная работа направлена на то, чтобы выявить факторы, которые влияют на объем заключенных договоров в регионах. Анализ будет проводиться с помощью программы Stata и включает в себя корреляционный анализ, регрессионный анализ и построение модели с фиксированными и случайными эффектами. Методом анализа будет служить построение регрессионной модели, где объем заключённых договоров будет зависимой переменной, а независимыми – различные особенности региона и факторы, такие как количество пенсионеров, предприятий, безработица и многие другие. Будут взяты годовые данные с 2012 по 2019 год, разбитые по регионам. Данное исследование будет направленно на изучение рынка страхования недвижимости физических лиц.
