Attorney-client privilege should be transformed according to the changes of entrepreneurs' needs in the modern society. This research revealed some of the features and difficulties of communication between an attorney and an entrepreneur, and provided for the consequences that will inevitably arise in connection with the trend of blurring the boundaries between professions. This trend has led to the transformation of trust relations between the legal profession and business. These changes should be encouraged by strengthening existing guarantees of protection of attorney-client privilege and developing new ones. The paper offers solutions that keep pace with modern business needs in matters of legal protection, focuses on the protection of fiduciary relations, and offers additional guarantees for the protection of attorney-client privilege.
