In this study, the impact of the experience of public administration of board members on the financial performance of the company was examined. There are direct influence and indirect influence in the paper. Indirect impact was explored by modified metrics of social such as degree and closeness centrality. In particular, the degree of centrality of the graph node and centrality in proximity. The methodology proposed in this work can be used for application with other types of specific information that can be distributed within social networks. As a result, the direct influence of the number of directors on Q-Tobin was revealed.
