Implementation of a Spin-off Project Model Development

In the framework of the topic of this final qualifying work – “Implementation of a Spin-off Project Model Development” prepared theoretical literature review on the implementation of spin-off projects. The paper also presents two fundamental models for implementation of spin-off projects. Based on the presented models, the author developed a spin-off project implementation model, which, unlike the presented models, includes all stages, from the idea to the commercialization, and proposes specific tools for the implementation of the individual model stages. The model has been testing in the company at the place of practical training with a further retrospective based on the results of testing. In order to fulfill the NDA obligations concluded between the company and the author of the work, any references to the company have encrypted.
