Year of Graduation: 2020

Since 2002 the Arbitral Tribunal of the Russian Federation has new type of the procedure. This is a summary proceeding that contrasts with the ordinary proceeding in exclusions which are due to need to do the process easier and faster. For example there is no in-person meetings in the summary proceeding. That innovation was needed because Russian courts are too overloaded, especially when we are talking about Arbitral Courts, so the main aim of the summary proceeding is to reduce the burden on judiciary while protecting the right to judicial protection. Relevance of this work is really high because our research reveals how principles of arbitral process are implemented in the new type of proceeding.
