Efficiency Increase of Transportation in Cooperation

The paper considers organization of cooperation using the example of container shipping lines and their agencies in Russia. Theory of cooperative games is studied as a methodology by which was investigated the effectiveness of P3 and 2M alliances. Moreover, in the paper was developed the model of bunker fuel costs for line vessels. Factor analysis was carried out to investigate the influence of parameters on the level of fuel costs. The study introduces the transportation process in linear shipping and proposes an algorithm of actions to minimize the risks considered at all stages of the transportation process.
