Factors of Legislative Performance of Opposition Deputies in State Duma

The aim of this paper was to define and formulate specific factors that have an impact on legislative performance of CPRF, LDPR and Just Russia deputies in the lower house of Russian parliament. In the first part of the research we examined what determines the character of activity of oppositional members of parliaments in authoritarian and hybrid political regimes. The second part contains the analysis of composition, ideology and decision-making mechanisms of oppositional parliamentary fractions. The third part of the research is dedicated to the process of collecting data and analysis of descriptive statistics. We have composed the rate list of oppositional deputies based on the values of the indicator of intensity of legislative performance. Then we analyzed collected descriptive statistics of legislative performance of CPRF, LDPR and Just Russia deputies and defined factors that influence it. Final part of this paper contains formulations of mentioned factors, general results of the research and our opinion about of its’ further perspectives.
