Subjective Mistake in the Economic Crimes

The work is devoted to the study of subjective mistakes in economic crimes. Special attention is paid to the study of structure and qualification rules of mistakes regarding non-criminal regulations. This type of mistakes is being analyzed due to its prevalence among the offenses of Section VIII of the Criminal Code. It is substantiated that the concept and rules for qualifying mistakes regarding non-criminal regulations are unique. In master's thesis the criteria for distinguishing between excusable and inexcusable mistakes are studied in detail as well.
