The research paper is the pilot study of EQ-5D-3L questionnaire in Russian patients with non-acute cardiovascular diseases. The questionnaire is Health Technology Assessment tool, that is used by governments, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, doctors and researchers to prove the effectiveness of their technology.
