This paper examines the use of electoral technologies and their impact on the electorate's preference based on the example of the LDPR political party in the 65th municipal formation of the city of Saint Petersburg. The goal is to show that a well-constructed strategy based on both scientific research in political science and field analysis, taking into account the current psycho-emotional background of the potential electorate, leads to an increase in the rating of a political party and an increase in the confidence shown to it, that is, victory in elections. As a result, the applied electoral technologies will be described in 3 electoral districts of municipality № 65: № 191, № 192, №193. The construction of the study is based not only on theory, but also on practice, which is its uniqueness: the election campaign in one of the analyzed districts was built by me, including targeted mass surveys. Moreover, the work done is a preparation for the upcoming elections to the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg in 2021.
