This study will employ a comprehensive analysis for assessing the competitiveness and efficiency of national oil companies and transnational corporation on contrast. Historical and political factors will be taken in regard, and mathematical business evaluation will support us with numeric evidence. Such combination will shed a light on the role of China’s contemporary governmental policy and the results will be objective representation of its efficiency.
