The company recognizes the importance of human capital in the organization and is looking for ways to increase the efficiency of its employees and is searching for new talents. This study focuses on the research of internal and external recruitment tools of the company and the estimation of their effectiveness. The study was performed using the mathematical method, logistic regression was used. As a result of the study, practical recommendations were received on the development of new recruiting tools (proposed on the basis of analysis) for even more successful work.
