Student: Vladislavlev Ruslan

Supervisor: Galina Chulkova

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Materials. Devices. Nanotechnology (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2020

The aim of this work was to study the integrated-optical directional coupler made of silicon nitride embedded in the Mach-Zehnder interferometer. Based on the experimentally obtained data on the optical transmission of the Mach-Zehnder interferometers, a splitting ratio of the directional coupler is calculated depending on the interaction length and the gap.
