Methods of Adaptation of Young Public Servants

This paper aims to identify socialization methods used currently in the civil service while working with young specialists. In particular, primary adaptation is taken into account, which involves the employment of young professionals without previous work experience, which requires a more detailed development of the socialization program for them. The study also examines the relationship between an effective adaptation process and the motivation of a young specialist to stay and pursue a career in public service.
