Recently, the concept of wireless sensor network is a popular topic of research for plenty of corporations trying to make their wireless devices more elegant. However, it may not be possible to repair or configure those devices on constant basis, therefore, they need a suitable supply decision. Recently, developments in the field of alternative energy have begun, which make it possible to replace the stationary power supplies of wireless modules with environmental energy converting devices, namely solar panels and wind generator. In this paper, the problem of ensuring the non-volatility of the elements of a wireless sensor network will be studied. The analysis of technical literature will be made and the electrical circuit of the battery charge controller from alternative energy sources for low-power consumers will be developed and simulated, moreover a digital model of the circuit board of this electronic device will be manufactured. An algorithm for the efficient use of the received energy and the operation of the transceiver will also be developed.
