Analysis of the Effectiveness of State Measures to Support Small and Medium-Sized Business When Participating in Public Procurement

Small and medium business is one of the most important components of the socio-economic development of any country. However, very often entrepreneurs encounter various barriers that inhibit their growth. The paper discusses measures to support the participation of small businesses in public procurement. Particular attention was paid to measures to limit access to certain procurements of entities that are not related to small business. Based on the data of the Unified Information System, the effectiveness of such events and their contribution to the development of the competitive environment of public procurement was analyzed.
