International Legal Regulation of Anti-Doping Control

The Final qualification work examines the problems of legal regulation of the international doping-control system in the sport sphere. The paper deals with theoretical legal aspects, judicial precedents and analyzes possible ways to solve existing problems in this area at the international level. The paper attempts to derive a universal concept of doping. The paper offers options for possible reform of international anti-doping legislation.
