The aim of the study in this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of the transport organization through the assessment of information flows. The result of the research is an algorithm that will allow the transport company to analyze information flows based on the hierarchy analysis method and cost equation. The proposed algorithm solves the problem of increasing the company's efficiency through interfunctional and interorganizational integration, that is, optimization of information flows through insourcing or outsourcing. The algorithm was tested on the example of a transport company.
