Improvement of the Company's Business Processes with the Use of B2B Chat-Bots

A chatbot is a dialog user-interface (voice, text, query, etc.) that simplifies problem solving by allowing users to interact with information systems and services using natural language. The simplicity and convenience of this technology opens up wide opportunities for automation of various processes for business. The purpose of the master's work is to develop and test the basics of a methodological approach to building a corporate chatbot for large companies. The following tasks are performed as part of the work: [1] The modern trends of chatbots development are revealed. [2] A universal model of corporate chatbot operation in the IT-landscape is constructed. [3] Promising areas of application of chatbots for business process automation have been identified. [4] A comparative analysis of chatbots with other approaches to BPA (business process automation) is conducted. [5] The basis of a methodological approach to assessing the applicability, design, development and deployment of corporate chatbots has been developed. [6] Practical testing of the proposed approach was carried out in two companies. The results are presented in this paper.
