Protocol Practice in Government

In this paper, with the Max Weber's approaches, the career of a protocol employee is understood as a social process. The priority career growth factors in the protocol service are analyzed. An attempt to form a conceptual apparatus. Analysis of regulatory acts defining the powers of protocol employees, as well as analysis of relevant scientific articles and studies on a selected topic.
