Student: Talbanova Nigina

Supervisor: Alexey Tameev

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Materials. Devices. Nanotechnology (Master)

Final Grade: 9

Year of Graduation: 2020

The final qualification work on the theme “Experimental study and modeling parameters of diodes based on a perovskite photoconductor” consists of the introduction, experimental and theoretical chapters, results of experiment and modeling, and conclusion presented on 74 pages including 18 Figures, 4 Tables, and 3 Annexes. There are 24 references in the work. The introduction shows the relevance of using hybrid perovskite materials in photovoltaics, sets the goal of the work, and defines the tasks for its achievement. In the theoretical chapter of this work are described the structure of the device, the principle of work and the physical characteristics of the photodiode, manufacturing methods of perovskite photodiodes, methods for improving the characteristics of the photodiode, the relevance of using hybrid materials, the evolution of the architecture of perovskite devices, as well as features of this type of device are presented. The experimental chapter of the final qualification work includes a description of the method for sample preparation of perovskite photodiodes, measurement of the obtained diodes current-voltage characteristics, as well as the results of the study and modeling of photovoltaic parameters of photodiodes in special programs. The conclusion lists the tasks performed to successfully achieve the goal.
