Modelling of Supply Chains with Regard to Consumption Demand in the People's Republic of China

Key words: logistics company, development strategy, consumer demand. The paper shows the results of studies on the potentiality and obstacles to the development of Chinese and foreign logistics companies that are involved in the development of supply chain design taking into account consumer demand in Russia and China. During the work, the statistics of Chinese and foreign logistics companies were studied. The subject of the study is supply chain design models and algorithms. The aim of the final qualification work is to develop a methodology for designing the structure of supply chains taking into account consumer demand in China. As a result of the study, we compared the customs procedures of China and the Russian Federation, studied the influence of consumer demand on supply chains, highlighted the development potential of logistics companies, classified problems and optimizations of Chinese and Russian logistics companies. Our work is aimed at those who are interested in the design of supply chains taking into account consumer demand in China.
