Transportation Efficiency Improvement Methods in Supply Chain Management

The final qualification work “Methods of increasing the efficiency of transportation in the supply chains”, consisting of 73 pages, 28 figures and 5 tables, is based on an analysis of 63 different sources related to logistics and transportation and consists of three chapters. In the first, an analysis of the sources will be carried out and a conclusion will be made on their content and complexity, the basic theories and methods are considered. In the second, the main innovations in the field of transportation of goods are considered, and the basic principles of pricing for trucks are also formed. And in the third, a new solution has been developed and justified to improve the quality of transportation in the selected company Agrotorg, with its accompanying analysis. The aim of this work is to consider and study in detail theoretical and practical methods, models in the organization of transport logistics, as well as develop a possible new solution for the selected company, which will be LLC Agrotorg. Tasks of work: 1. The study and detailed analysis of the literature on transport logistics and modern technological solutions in this area. 2. Consideration and study of methods for improving the efficiency of logistics in road transport. 3. Launching a new solution to improve the quality of cargo transportation at Agrotorg. Object of study: road transport of goods. Subject of research: methods for improving the transportation of goods by machine and their pricing.
