The Professional Identity of an Icon Painter

This work is devoted to the problems of the professional identity of icon painters. The main hypothesis is the assumption that the educational factor of painters influenced their self-identities. In this work educational factors are represented in two ways: training in secular or/and religious educational organizations. To test the hypothesis nine interviews were conducted.
