Development of Territorial Marketing Strategy (the Case of Tosnenskiy Municipal District of Leningrad Region)

Russian cities and regions exist in difficult conditions. The increasing level of competition in investments and human capital leads to the search for new methods of raising capital. Territorial marketing is one of that new methods. The goal of the thesis is to develop a territorial marketing strategy by the case of Tosnenskiy municipal district of Leningrad region. In the course of the thesis was studied domestic and foreign experience in the application of territorial marketing. Also marketing analysis and analysis of the socio-economic status was conducted. The obtained data became the basis for a marketing strategy development. Practical relevance of the research is that data study can be used by the district administration and other subjects of the Russian Federation for specifying the development of marketing strategies for municipal entities.
