The Specifics of Public Procurement for the Assessment of State and Municipal Property

This work studies the field of valuation services in the framework of the government procurements. The purpose of the study is to make up a list of recommendations to improve the quality of the assessment of various objects owned by state and municipality. This goal can be achieved by improving valuation systems and state contract system simultaneously. To achieve this goal, the current Russian legislation and the main theoretical scientific works have been studied, as well as conducted research using real procurement as an example. In the framework of this work, the main problems in the field of valuation and state and municipal procurement have been identified, and relevant recommendations for their solution have been developed.
