The increased availability of mobile devices and mobile applications has allowed companies to collect a huge amount of user data. Data allows you to track user preferences, build accurate forecasts and make recommendations for consumers. Efficient real-time consumer data processing helps optimize resource allocation, reduce costs and improve decision making. The development of big data analysis tools in recent years has enhanced the potential benefits companies can get from accessing consumer data. Although companies can use customer data to improve their market advantage, the issue of personal privacy is a major obstacle to monetizing this data. Consumers are increasingly asking questions about how their personal data will be processed, stored, shared and used. Application users are also concerned about mobile technology vulnerabilities that lead to potential data leakage, hacking and data theft. All of these problems can prevent consumers from using mobile applications. Based on the problems of ensuring personal confidentiality when using mobile commerce, the novelty of the results of the work will lie in the description of a model for ensuring confidentiality in the development and use of applications. The result of this work can be used as a theoretical instruction in organizing the process of collecting, processing and storing personal data of mobile commerce users.
