Municipal Employees’ Features of Motivation

In this research paper, we analyzed the specifics of the system municipal employees’ features of motivation. The study was based on the principle of separation of incentives into tangible and intangible. The analysis revealed that the age of the respondent influences the importance of tangible and intangible incentives. It was also revealed that older employees try to stay in the municipal service as long as possible to maintain a high level of remuneration, which may impede the further career growth of younger employees.
