Annotation: The thesis was carried out as part of the implementation of graduate qualification work on the topic "Problems of Interdepartmental and Inter-Level Informational Interactions of Public Authorities and its Solution Methods" The subject of the study is the methods of informational interagency interaction (the emphasis of empirical research is on local governments). The basis is the determination of the most significant factors affecting the occurrence of problems. Analyzed scientific works, publications in the media, the results of interviews with employees of district and departmental administrations, data collected through an online survey of municipal employees of district and involved administrations. The findings of the study reflect the current situation in the field of informational interagency interactions. The main factors of informational interagency interactions that affect the efficiency of the informational exchange process are identified. The research results demonstrate the need for a legislative framework to solve the problems of information exchange. As a result, in particular, qualified employees were not received, they have tight deadlines for fulfilling their tasks, they have a low level of the legislative base, and limited ability to use alternative methods of employee communication.
