Research into Spectral Sensitivity of the Micron-wide Superconducting Strips

Student: Yudin Alexey

Supervisor: Alexander Korneev

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Materials. Devices. Nanotechnology (Master)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2020

Work presents an analyzis of modern methods of numerical simulation and experimental research for superconducting detectors based on micron-width strips of thin films. Main scope was turned to highly-developed and thoroughly-verified experimentally vortex models, presenting numerically-effective prediction of crossover points for families of quantum efficiency functions from bias current for different external magnetic field's values and directions.
