Research of Thermal Processes of Onboard Electronic Equipment

Student: Semerin Ivan

Supervisor: Svetlana Sotnikova

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Infocommunication Technologies and Systems (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2020

The object of this study is a differential pressure and temperature control device that is tested for resistance to thermal influences using an automated system to assess the reliability and quality of equipment. The idea of this work is to create models of the printing units of the device in order to obtain the necessary parameters and conditions, which will be further optimized using the proposed methods. Based on the results of the study, thermal models of the device were obtained, design changes were proposed to reduce the heat load. In the future, with the development of technology and the discovery of new materials, these results can be adjusted to new specifications. The study contains 58 pages, 30 figures, 4 tables, 3 app. The appendices contain information about the source data and the results obtained after the simulation.
