In this paper, we study the printing unit of the electronic unit of the solar cell orientation system. In the course of the work, the functional capabilities of the ASONIKA-TM subsystem used to simulate the mechanical and thermal conditions of the printed unit of the electronic unit were studied. The simulation of thermal and mechanical processes occurring in the printing unit. A description of the modeling process using the software package is presented, as well as suggestions for eliminating the identified excess load factors. This study contains 57 pages, 27 figure, 5 tables and 3 appendices. The applications contain source data and simulation results.
