State Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects: Goals, Objectives, Regional Aspects

Relevance: Protection of cultural heritage objects is an important component of state cultural policy. Many times it became the subject of discussions in the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, as well as in wide circles of the public. Raising the problem: the state protection of cultural heritage objects remains not properly developed either at the legal, theoretical or practical level. Ways to solve the problem: to determine ways to improve the state protection of cultural heritage objects in Perm region. Results: Based on the analysis of scientific literature and websites of state authorities, various supporting materials were compiled for clarity. In addition, tables were compiled on the basis of analysis of interviews with heads of regional and municipal institutions for the protection of OCN in Perm region, as well as ways to solve the problems considered. Conclusion: the material of the study may be interesting for specialized bodies of state power of Perm region; Specialists of the relevant activity profiles, volunteers as a practical aid in the field of state protection of cultural heritage objects.
