Development of Brand of Country as Element of Cultural Policy (through the Example of the Modern Republic of Korea)

The presented work is devoted to the topic of creating a national brand as an element of cultural policy on the example of relations between Russia and the Republic of Korea. The cultural phenomenon of South Korea was discovered. The history of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation was examined. Also, special attention was paid to the promotion of Korean culture in the Russian Federation and the hallyu effect. In this work we talk about the issue of mechanisms for promoting the national brand of the Republic of Korea, in particular, the spread of Korean culture in the world. We identified branding tools to build the image of the Republic of Korea, studied the results of the implementation of the national branding program in Russian Federation.
