The Role of Innovative Companies in the Development of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Russia

The object of research is innovative companies. The subject of the study is investment in innovative companies. The purpose of the work: to reveal the theoretical foundations of the formation of innovative companies by attracting investments and develop recommendations for the development of ways of investing innovative companies in the Russia. Research methods: generalization, comparative analysis, tabular, graphic, comparative and cluster analyses. Research and development: the methods of financing innovative companies have been studied, the current state of the venture capital market in Europe, Asia and North America has been studied. The current state of the innovation infrastructure of the Russia is presented. Elements of scientific novelty: the current state of the innovation infrastructure of the Russia is characterized. The tasks for increasing investments in innovative companies of the Russia are determined. Area of possible practical application: lectures, seminars on discipline International economic relations. Economic significance of the work: the practical recommendations proposed by the author for improving the mechanisms for the development and investment of innovative companies in the Russia can be taken into account when developing normative legal acts regulating this issue, as well as in the process of practical activities of business entities of the Russia. Social importance of the work: it is expected to increase investment in domestic innovative companies, economic development of the country and slowing the outflow of qualified specialists abroad.
