The paper presents the results of the development and testing of a new revenue model for end-to-end analytics in CoMagic. As part of the process of creating a new model, several stages of research were carried out: analysis and comparison of competitors' income models, qualitative research of cross-cutting analytics service users, quantitative research of CoMagic customer data. In the course of studying competitors' tariffs, basic parameters were identified on which their revenue models are based. During the qualitative study, 20 in-depth interviews were conducted with product users from various industries. Based on the results of cluster analysis, segments and their characteristics of product use were obtained. The results of all studies were used in the process of creating a new model. At the end of the work, the developed revenue model was tested in the current sales system. Testing was conducted on potential customers. According to the results of the experiment, recommendations were given on the use of the new model.
