Problems of Using of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing in the Conditions of the Perm Market

Nowadays in Russia, as well as throughout the world, interest in artificial intelligence is huge. The master's dissertation is devoted to the study of the application of artificial intelligence technologies in marketing in the conditions of the Perm market. The integration of technologies in marketing allows to increase the effectiveness of communications, facilitates the process of data collection, analysis, forecasting. Along with the benefits, there are problems and limitations. The study conducted interviews with experts from the Perm market, which allow us to assess the situation in the region, to compare the results with data from the Russian and world markets. It is determined at what stage of the “life cycle” of innovations are artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, recommendations are given for solving existing problems.
