The aim of the final qualification work is to conduct an empirical analysis of the impact of performance indicators on the cost indicator per unit of finished product (one machine) in the context of a financial controlling system using the example of VOLKSWAGEN Group Rus LLC and determining the most significant influence factors. The subject of the research is the financial controlling system and the structure of key performance indicators. The object of the research is VOLKSWAGEN Group Rus Limited Liability Company.
