Insured Event under D&O Insurance Contract

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the concept and content of the insured event in property insurance and the comparison of the "classical" content of the insured event with the insured event under directors liability insurance contracts subject to Russian law. The purpose of the paper is to determine the content of elements of an insured event under a directors liability insurance contract, taking into account the peculiarities of relations arising on the basis of holding members of collegial and one-man management bodies of business entities accountable and insurance coverage under the contract.
